The pelvis is the center of our structure as well as the support to our spine and head.

By improving the organization of your pelvis in relation to other parts of your body you will be able to experience a whole body improvement in terms of mobility, lightness and freedom of movement.  

A more functional organization of our center has an impact on our stability and balance, helping us optimize our energy spending, maintain our vitality and achieve new levels of physical and mental activity.

This workshop suits everyone who's interested in improving mobility,  body awareness, functionality and body-mind connection.
